Overview
First, we meet you at port for pick-up. Meeting time is 1 hour after cruise docking time(If you booked a private excursion, you can disembark earlier or later. We are there as soon as you ship docks). You will head to the Exit Gate and look for the Roatan For A Reason sign.

Your adventure begins in the quaint community of Jonesville, a gateway to the lush mangrove forests that are a haven for a diverse range of wildlife. Here, you will step aboard our specially designed boat, crafted to navigate the peaceful waters with ease and provide you with unobstructed views of the verdant mangrove tunnels and the vibrant ecosystems they support.
As the boat glides under the emerald canopy, you’ll witness the magic of these coastal nurseries, where the land meets the sea. The tranquility of the mangroves offers a stark contrast to the bustling coral reefs, with quiet waters that reflect the sky and the gentle rustling of leaves as your soundtrack.
If you are looking for a slower paste and more relaxing adventure then this package is perfect for you, as we cruise through ” 6 ” different harbors learning about the local history and diverse culture. Making our way to the ONLY mangrove tunnel of Roatan that has a canopy, here you will be able to snorkel in the mangroves and see large amounts of fish in crystal clear water. Some other activities along the way are ” 2 ” stops at local restaurants only accessible by boat, a stop at a fish and turtle sanctuary, and multiple snorkel locations. The package includes snorkel gear ( fins & mask ), and a large Ice Box filled with drinks such as local beers, rum, sodas, Juices, water, and fresh fruits.
After immersing yourself in the tranquility of the mangroves, the journey continues to the Turtle Sanctuary. This sanctuary is a testament to the conservation efforts dedicated to protecting and rehabilitating these gentle sea creatures. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about the life cycle and habitats of sea turtles, as well as the chance to observe them up close in their carefully maintained habitat.
