As soon as you disembark, our guides will be waiting for you. You will be amazed by the lush green tropical forest and the turquoise waters.

First, we pick you up at port exit gate. Meeting time is 1 hour after cruise docking time(If you booked a private excursion, you can disembark earlier or later. We are there as soon as you ship docks). You will head to the Exit Gate and look for the Roatan For A Reason sign. Then we take on the road where you will see the lush forest that covers Roatan.

Get ready for the horseback riding. The simple act of getting up on a horse has some magic to it, add the warm Caribbean water’s, and you’ve got paradise! This experience will open a whole new level of awesomeness in your life!

Once the hype of the horseback riding is over, get your bathing suits ready to soak up the sun in one of the Caribbean’s top beaches and submerge into the warm tropical waters. You can purchase food and drinks at the Restaurant or head straight to the water. We have the second largest barrier reef in the world just meters from shore! You can add snorkel from shore ($25 US PP) or from boat ($35 US PP). All snorkel gear is included and guide. You can also add the Sloth Encounter ($15 US PP). You will see this add-on option once you start the booking process.

After all the fun, we head back to the ship. We guarantee to have you there with at least 2 hours before ship departure. Roatan For A Reason staff’s main goal is to do their best to guarantee your satisfaction.
